1. Application purpose
InboxTrim helps users review, organize, unsubscribe from, and remove unwanted email across supported email providers.
2. Information that may be processed
Basic account identifiers, authorized email information needed for app features, and limited diagnostic or security information may be processed.

4. Google API information
InboxTrim's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
5. Data sale and advertising
Drift Studios does not sell email content or Google user data. Email content is not used to create third-party targeted advertising profiles.
6. Data protection
InboxTrim is designed to protect user data using appropriate technical safeguards. Connections to Google and other supported services use encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication. Authentication tokens are stored securely on the Android device using EncryptedSharedPreferences or equivalent Android secure storage mechanisms. Gmail data used by InboxTrim is processed on the user's device for the requested app functionality and is not stored on or processed through a Drift Studios backend server.
7. Data sharing
Drift Studios does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose Gmail data, including email content, message metadata, or Google authentication data, to third parties except when required by law or necessary to perform an action explicitly requested by the user. Advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or other third-party SDKs used by the application do not receive Gmail message content, email bodies, attachments, or other Gmail data accessed through Google APIs.
8. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested functionality, security, legal compliance, and support.
